Rules and Privileges
Day Guests:Members must sign-in their day guests with the manager or the senior staff member on duty. Should the member be unable to find an appropriate responsible staff member for sign in, they are expected to fill in the day guest form found in the Manager's office. The cost for an individual guest is $15/day (free for children under age 3) or 60$/day for a family. Weekly Guests:It is possible for members to host guests at the Club throughout the summer. Guests, however, are limited to 1 week during the summer and are charged 250$/family for the week (35$/day). Hosts will be charged for all of their guests' fees. Collection of Annual Dues:In 2009 the boat club established a credit card billing system in order to expedite the collection of our annual dues. As of 2011, the credit cards will be the only available payment option. All membership dues will be charged to the credit card on May 15th of each year. Changes to Membership Category:Any member wishing to change their membership category must advise the Club Manager by email before April 1st, of the year they wish to make the change. Inactive members can re-activate their membership at any time and will be charged their dues at that time. |
